Shipping Policy
At SkinSerenade, we ship every order from our fulfillment partners directly to your door. Here's what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order.
Shipping is FREE on all orders of $35.00 or more.
Rates are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and determine next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
